EGSAC has new V-P

EGSAC, has elected Mike Staeck as its new vice-president, following a ballot among all members. His appointment follows the promotion of Ton Smulders (right) from vice-president to president earlier this year.

Staeck is managing director of Transnautic Aero GmbH and was one of the founders of EGSAC.

Smulders said: “We are delighted to welcome Mike to his new post. He has been a very strong supporter of EGSAC from the beginning, and this result is well-deserved recognition of the contribution he continues to make.”

Added Staeck: “I feel very honoured to have been selected as EGSAC’s new vice-president. EGSAC has already grown considerably since its launch, but it has even greater potential for the future. I look forward to playing my part in the further development of the organisation.”
