Great Wall appoints new vice-president

GREAT Wall announced the appointment of Alvin Tay as vice-president sales & marketing, with effect 1 July, 2008.
As vice-president sales & marketing, Tay will be responsible for the worldwide sales and marketing activities of Great Wall Airlines, which includes revenue responsibility, product development, business development and network development. Prior to joining Great Wall Airlines, Tay was general manager UK, Ireland and Scandinavia with Singapore Airlines Cargo.
Low Peng Hong, the current vice-president sales & marketing for Great Wall Airlines will be retiring at 65, capping four decades of illustrious careers with Singapore Airlines, Singapore Airlines Cargo and Great Wall Airlines.
