Hendrik Falk named vice-president cargo sales

GLOBAL Aviation Holdings, parent company of World Airways and North American Airlines, has named Hendrik Falk as vice-president cargo sales. In his new role, Falk will be reporting to chief marketing officer, Jeff Sanborn, and be responsible for all commercial activities involving the company’s fleet of Boeing 747-400BCFs and MD-11Fs.Falk previously served six years as vice-president sales and marketing for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India for Polar Air Cargo, prior to which he was employed by Lufthansa Cargo for 13 years, based in Atlanta, Frankfurt and Singapore.“Hendrik will be a tremendous asset to the Global Aviation Holdings team, with his extensive international cargo experience and solid background in cargo sales,” said Sanborn. “We look forward to his expertise.”
