K Line buys into Air Tiger Express

JAPANESE shipper K Line has agreed to buy a 51 per cent controlling share in the Air Tiger Express (ATE) group. The agreement involves purchasing an initial 26 per cent in the US-based forwarder and later having the option of buying another 25 per cent.The ATE group owns Air Tiger Express (USA), Air Tiger Express (Asia) and Shenzhen Airport ATE International Freight Company and has strong links with China.
