Kuehne and Nagel poaches top DHL pharma outfit

IN a blow to DHL’s positioning as a high-ranking transporter of pharma, Kuehne + Nagel (K+N) has lured away DHL’s top pharmaceutical team.

K+N has made Robert Krautheim (right) its new global head of strategic customer development in Zürich. Krautheim was previously head of global sales for DHL’s pharmaceutical customers before switching over to being technology president at DHL’s Global Customer Solutions (GCS) unit, the group’s dedicated customer relationship management organisation for its top 100 customers worldwide. Now he’s resigned and returned to pharmaceuticals at K+N.
