MENZIES Aviation announced the renewal of the contract with Aerolineas Argentinas at Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport. The contract is for a further three years and covers full cargo handling services.

Aerolineas Argentinas operates three flights each week from Buenos Aires to Sydney using A340 aircraft and is a long established route for the airline.

Alistair Reid, director Australia for Menzies Aviation, said: “I am delighted that Aerolineas Argentinas has chosen to renew this contract at Sydney with Menzies Aviation. Menzies Aviation is looking forward to continuing and growing our relationship with Aerolineas Argentinas.”

Wilson Gonez, airport manager for Aerolineas Argentinas, said: “The service provided by Menzies Aviation in Sydney has continued to improve throughout the life of the contract. We are now in a position whereby Menzies is offering a premium cargo service to the freight forwarders that have supported Aerolineas Argentinas. Renewing the contract for another term with Menzies and strengthening our partnership, is a step forward for both businesses.”
