Menzies expands in Scandinavia

MENZIES Aviation has announced that terms have been agreed to acquire Novia Sverige AB (Novia), a wholly owned subsidiary of Novia Scandinavia. The acquisition accelerates Menzies expansion in Scandinavia and is complimentary with its existing operations.

Craig Smyth, president and managing director, Menzies Aviation, said: “I am delighted that we have agreed terms to acquire Novia. This is a significant step in our plans to create regional density in Scandinavia where we now operate at Stockholm, Oslo, Gothenburg, Malmo and Copenhagen. The region is an attractive market and we look forward to growing our operations by providing customers with a first class service.”
