New cargo VP for Safi

AFGHANISTAN’S Safi Airways has appointed a new cargo vice-president, as well as three other executive appointments.

Christoph Götzmann will become vice-president of cargo and general manager for Europe, John Roijen chief financial officer, Christoph Blaha director of maintenance and Tom De Geytere chief development officer.

“These industry specialists bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge, and Safi Airways is bound to benefit from their expertise,” said Claus Fischer, chief commercial officer.

Götzmann has previously worked at Ukraine International Airlines, Aer Lingus and Fraport.
