Pilot jailed for UPS cargo theft

A MARTINAIRE Aviation cargo pilot has been jailed for two years for stealing from shipments he flew for UPS.
Brian Messersmith admitted to stealing iPods while based out of Dallas/Fort Worth International airport. Airport police suspect he was involved in the theft of other items, including laptops ad guns, which have gone missing but so far Messersmith has yet to admit to any other crimes.
