Pilots delay DL-NWA merger further

PILOTS at Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines have not reached an agreement on seniority issues for a potential merger despite weeks of intense negotiations.

Executives at Delta have said that the airline will not move forward unless the seniority of its pilots is protected, but some observers say the two companies could still go ahead with merger plans
