Second FedEx MD-11 has problems at Tokyo

A FEDEX MD-11 made an emergency landing at Tokyo’s Narita airport less than a month after another crashed and killed both pilots.

The pilot of this most recent incident claims to have felt unusual vibrations close to the aircraft’s front wheel, shortly after take off. He returned the plane to Narita and made an emergency landing. After an inspection the aircraft took off again several hours later.

No one as hurt in the incident.
