Security hub systems win Lufthansa quality seal

LUFTHANSA Cargo has been presented with the police quality seal in recognition of ‘exceptionally safe delivery of cargo shipments’ by the interior and sports minister in the State of Hesse, Volker Bouffier. The cargo carrier has introduced security standards which, have significantly reduced the incidence of theft and criminal offences, he said at the presentation of the award.

Since the end of 2006, we have eliminated forgeries and reduced damage from theft by 97 per cent. That has profited us and, above all, our worldwide customers.”
