The company is using a Boeing 747-400F on the weekly route from Singapore’s Changi Airport to Sao Paulo’s Viracopos-Campinas International Airport (Brazil) via Hong Kong (China) and Dallas Fort Worth (US).
The return trip to Singapore operates via Dallas FW, Brussels (Belgium) and Sharjah (UAE).
Tan Tiow Kor, SIA Cargo’s senior vice-president of sales and marketing, states: “Brazil is one of the world’s fastest growing economies and its major imports include machinery, electrical and transport equipment, chemicals, cotton and auto parts.
“Its principal exports include transport and transmission equipment, heavy machinery, generators, transformers, footwear and food products. Our services provide convenient links between Brazil and major global markets.”
