Strikes halt Uniteds German cargo

UNITED Cargo has had to suspend cargo operations into Germany today due to strike action by airport ground handling staff.
“We are suspending the carriage of cargo on our flights scheduled to arrive in Frankfurt and Munich on the morning of March 5, 2008,” said the carrier.
Normal service is expected to resume as soon as strikes cease.
