World to fly 747F for Cargolux

WORLD Airways has signed an agreement with Cargolux to operate a freighter for the airline. The Global Aviation Holdings subsidiary will fly a 747-400 freighter on a full-time basis starting October 2010 through June 2011.

“World Airways is proud to be a service provider to such an established, quality cargo carrier,” said Hendrik Falk, vice-president cargo sales for Global Aviation Holdings.
