E-commerce logistics networking group NeX has launched an academy to help companies navigate the complexities of e-commerce supply chains.
The NeX Academy is a digital learning service aimed at freight forwarders, logistics companies and supply chain professionals.
The curriculum for the coming year features two programmes: Cross-border e-commerce, from basics to business growth and China and hybrid fulfilment.
The basics to business growth programme will be led by Mandy Deakin-Snell, who is head of NeX Academy and chief executive of coaching company MDS Alignment, and will focus on adapting traditional forwarding businesses to meet the demand of digital commerce.
The China and hybrid fulfilment programme will be led by Simon de Raadt, who is chief executive of fulfilment firm eCommOps, and will offer a deep dive into the supply chain strategies of giants like Shein and Temu.
“The NeX Academy offers more than theoretical knowledge. It offers specialist training in air cargo, cross-border eCommerce, and modern supply chain management to ensure the next generation of logistics leaders remains competitive in a rapidly changing market,” said Deakin-Snell.
“We are turning decades of real-world operational experience into structured, actionable intelligence that professionals can apply to their business immediately.”
As well as the online modules, the NeX Academy will also provide downloadable resources and exclusive access to the NeX Webinars.
”Successful participants receive a Certificate of Completion, a credential recognised within our global e-commerce ecosystem,” NeX said.
