Hactl wins EU security validation

HONG KONG Air Cargo Terminals (Hactl) has been validated as a Regulated Agent (RA3), enabling it to accept cargo on behalf of its airline customers for carriage to EU countries in accordance with the European Union’s new ACC3 security rules for incoming cargo and mail.
