Hi Fly maintains Unilode partnership for end-to-end ULD solutions, including asset pooling, maintenance and IoT-enabled tracking technology

Portuguese ACMI and wet lease airline Hi Fly has renewed its partnership with Unilode Aviation Solutions for the latter to continue managing its Unit Load Device (ULD) fleet. 

As part of the ongoing partnership, Switzerland-based Unilode will continue to provide end-to-end ULD solutions, including asset pooling, maintenance, repair, and digital tracking.

Leveraging Unilode’s IoT-enabled technology and global network, Hi Fly aims to continue improving asset visibility, turnaround times and operational efficiency across its worldwide operations.

In recent months, European Cargo has signed up for Unilode's ULD pooling services, while Unilode has also struck ULD management deals with Thai Airways and American Airlines Cargo.

Hi Fly is the largest Airbus widebody aircraft wet lease specialist in the world. The airline operates a large fleet of Airbus A330, A340, and A380 aircraft, available for wet lease and charter, passengers and cargo, on short, medium and long-term contracts, worldwide.

Customers include airlines, governments, tour operators, freight forwarders, private individuals and the military.
