New 6,000 sq ft warehouse unit located within 10 minutes of Heathrow Airport offers 24/7 operations and integrates with the company’s FirstTRAC inventory management system for real-time stock visibility.

Aerospace logistics provider B&H Worldwide has expanded its footprint near Heathrow Airport with the addition of a new 6,000 sq ft office and warehouse unit, aimed at supporting the inventory management needs of an aircraft engine leasing customer.
The facility is located within 10 minutes of the airport and is designed to provide round-the-clock receipt and dispatch services for time-critical aviation parts.
The expansion is part of B&H’s broader strategy to enhance its support for aircraft-on-ground (AOG) recovery and reduce supply chain delays for its aviation sector clients.
According to the company, more than 7,000 line items have already been moved into the facility, which complements existing storage capacity at its main Heathrow operation.
The site includes controlled temperature and humidity systems, CAA-compliant security measures such as CCTV, and built-in storage for dangerous goods.
It also integrates with B&H’s proprietary inventory management system, FirstTRAC, giving customers real-time visibility of their stock levels.
Alan Barlow, head of operations, UK at B&H Worldwide, said the investment was driven by customer demand for more responsive and secure logistics solutions.
“The new unit expands our capacity and enables us to better support our customers’ inventory requirements with dedicated space and 24/7 access,” he said.
