EVA Air’s ops and docs at Hong Kong cargo terminal

Cathay Pacific Services Ltd (CPSL) has started cargo operations and documentation services for Taiwanese carrier EVA Air at the Cathay Pacific Cargo Terminal.
CPSL chief executive Kelvin Ko said: “The transition went extremely well, thanks to the tremendous efforts of the teams over the past six months.”
James Chiou, general manager of EVA Airways Corp (Hong Kong Branch), said: “We appreciate the commitment CPSL has been demonstrating to facilitate our cargo operations in Hong Kong. We look forward to making closer collaboration with them.”
Having established its cargo operations in Hong Kong since 1996, EVA has been playing an important role in transporting shipments between Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Currently, it operates 60 scheduled passenger flights and 15 scheduled freighters a week.
CPSL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. It was formed in January 2008 and awarded a 20-year franchise by the Airport Authority Hong Kong in March 2008, to design, build and operate a new common air cargo terminal at the Hong Kong International Airport – the Cathay Pacific Cargo Terminal.
