Baxter Freight expands team

Freight forwarder Baxter Freight has added 11 new members of staff as it continues to expand the business.

The new members of the team cover a range of roles, from accounts management, airfreight/seafreight operators to marketing and communications.

The company has the goal of increasing its employee numbers from 70 today to 120 by 2021.

Baxter said that it is focusing on recruiting from outside the industry and offers a structured training programme with coaching from existing members of the team.
