Singapore Airlines Cargo partners with cargo.one

Singapore Airlines Cargo and cargo.one have announced a global partnership to bring the airline’s cargo services to the real-time digital booking platform and drive sales.

The partnership enables Singapore Airlines Cargo to gains access to cargo.one’s large global user base of freight forwarders.

Freight forwarders using cargo.one can search, book, amend and track Singapore Airlines Cargo bookings in real time, and collaborate with colleagues on bookings – all in one place.

The airline can now leverage the real time data feeds, market insights and benchmarks from cargo.one360 – cargo.one’s data and analytics solution. The facility helps airlines to understand customer choice data and improve revenue management and pricing.

In the first phase, from July freight forwarders will have access to Singapore Airlines Cargo’s capacity using the cargo.one marketplace. The partnership provides cargo.one users with additional access to sought-after Asian destinations such as Singapore, Bangkok, Shanghai, and Manila.
