Turkish Cargo service quality certified by Cargo iQ

Turkish Cargo’s global operational service quality has been certified by IATA interest group Cargo iQ.
Cargo iQ’s mission is to create and implement quality standards for the worldwide air cargo industry.
As part of the Cargo iQ requirements, all processes, including conformity of its operational processes, the services it offers to its customers and the quality management in general terms, of Turkish Cargo have undergone an inspection by SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance (General Society of Surveillance) the independent inspection company based in Geneva and contracted by the IATA.
Following this inspection, the processes and services carried out by Turkish Cargo have been determined to be compliant with the quality standards of Cargo iQ.

Turkish Airlines saw its cargo revenues rapidly increase last year.
