CharterSync appoints new non-executive director

Digital charter company CharterSync has appointed Andy Evans as a new non-executive director.

Evans has founded, built and sold three media and technology businesses: a digital publishing business; a podcast production company; and an advertising technology company.

CharterSync co-founder Ed Gillett said: “Andy will be a great asset for CharterSync, bringing with him invaluable experience of creating, leading and monetising businesses driven by disruptive technology and innovation. Andy’s insights and experience will be invaluable to us as we continue to grow and scale over the coming years.”
