Qatar adds express option

Qatar Airways Cargo has added a time-critical airport-to-airport product to its portfolio. QR Express offers high boarding priority and rapid handling, along with short and flexible close-outs, dedicated ramp transfer and priority unloading at final destination with a 90-minute retrieval time.
Chief officer cargo, Ulrich Ogiermann said the new service was aimed at the time-sensitive and fast moving consumable goods sectors.
Qatar Airways Cargo says its offers the fastest ramp transfer at its home hub at Doha and a dedicated team would ensure that all QR Express shipments are loaded on time.
QR Express joins other Qatar Airways Cargo specialist products, QR Pharma, QR Fresh and QR Equine. The airline also offers QR Charter based on the Boeing B777, Airbus A330 and Boeing B747-400BCF freighters.
