VIDEO: IAG Cargo’s Crawley looks forward to 2017

In IAG Cargo’s latest talking heads You Tube video, chief executive Drew Crawley has identified his highlights of 2016 and outlined areas of focus for the coming 12 months.
Crawley listed working on projects such as The Who’s latest tour, moving a David Beckham photo exhibition, and transporting valuable artefacts for the British Museum as some of his highlights of the year.
The introduction of eight new routes and the announcement of a new £55m Heathrow centre for premium products were others reasons to remember 2016.
For the year ahead, Crawley said that the company would focus on meeting customer needs, driving penetration in the premium cargo sector, improving efficiency and working more closely with forwarders.
