Air Canada Cargo to offer freight space in direct link to Mumbai

Air Canada has confirmed that a new year-round, direct service to and from Mumbai will be inaugurated by the carrier on July 1.
The service, on which Air Canada Cargo will market the available bellyhold space of the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft operating the route, will complement Air Canada’s existing year-round service to Delhi.
With the Delhi connection soon to go to a daily frequency, Air Canada will offer a total of 11 flights a week to India, all operated with B787-9 aircraft.
Elsewhere, Air Canada has previously confirmed that it is to launch direct flights to Nagoya, Japan, on June 1.
It is also in the process of building up its footprint in Italy with new destinations there.
