Emirates A380 for Frankfurt

EMIRATES will launch a daily A380 passenger service from Dubai to Frankfurt in Germany from September 1, replacing a B777 aircraft.
Frankfurt is currently served by the UAE carrier with a triple daily B777 passenger jet. From September, EK 45 becomes an A380 flight.
Frankfurt is well served with main deck capacity by Emirates, which operates nine freighter flights per week to the German gateway.
Main commodities out of Frankfurt include machinery, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and electronic equipment.
Emirates is the largest operator globally of the Airbus superjumbo, with 48 A380s in its fleet, and a further 92 pending delivery.
