Finnair cargo boss appointed chief commercial officer

Finnair has appointed Juha Järvinen, the carrier’s cargo managing director, as chief commercial officer and a member of the executive board.
Järvinen, who takes up his new role in November, will also continue to be responsible for Finnair Cargo after his appointment. He succeeds Allister Paterson who will transfer to new duties outside of Finnair.
Pekka Vauramo, Finnair chief executive, said: “I warmly welcome Juha to the executive board and to head the commercial division. During the last couple of years he has successfully renewed Finnair Cargo’s operations and strategy.
